Deluxe Rooms
Averaging 44 square metres in size, the Deluxe rooms are situated in the wings of the hotel and have easy access to the beach, the pool and the garden area.
These spacious rooms, with either a king-size bed or twin beds, all have French windows opening onto a private balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate walk-in shower.
Using Middle Eastern ornaments, an Arab touch has been added to the modern furnishings of the guest rooms.
Grand Club Rooms
There are three floors of Grand Club® rooms, comprising 60 rooms and 23 suites, which offer VIP accommodation. These rooms are very popular with the corporate traveller who demands quiet surroundings. This 'hotel within a hotel' provides complimentary continental breakfast, cocktails and light snacks in the evening in the spectacular Grand Club Lounge, which features a terrace offering a magnificent view of the Hajar mountains.
Most of the spacious rooms have French windows that open out onto a private balcony.
Grand Club Suites
The three luxurious Grand Club® Suites are located on the corners of the main building. Having a spacious lounge area, a separate dining area and guest bathroom, they are very large indeed. Executive Suites
The Executive Suites are located in the wings of the hotel. The lounge with its large windows and separate guest bathroom, gives access to a spacious bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
All the Executive Suite bedrooms have French windows which open out onto a balcony. These rooms have easy access to the beach, the pool and the garden area.
Crown Suites
The six majestic Crown Suites have a style distinguished by superb decor and outstanding amenities. They offer ultimate luxury with 24-hour butler service, formal dining facilities, a piano and bathrooms with private saunas and jacuzzis. Royal Suites
Ubar, the Royal Suite, offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The entrance hall, accessible from both sides, provides a stunning view of the elegant hotel Lobby. When one enters the living room of the exquisitely furnished Royal Suite, including baby grand piano, one can admire the view of the interior courtyard gardens.
The private dining room seats 12 guests and can be catered for from its fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore there is a master bedroom with separate bathroom, including sauna, jacuzzi and walk-in shower, a study and the possibility of interconnecting with two additional luxury guest rooms.
